Viking’s Quest:
Viking’s Quest is an isometric turn based strategy game.

Project Details:

  • Time: 8 weeks halftime.
  • Team: 5 Programmers. 3 Graphical Artists. 2 Level Designers.
  • Engine: Our own. Coded in C++ with the use of HGE for rendering.

I was a part of this project during my time at The Game Assembly.
We were working with a scrum based workflow, and everyone acted as
game designers during our meetings when were discussing what to put into the game.

My part:

  • Pathfinding
  • Representing each unit’s movement options graphically
  • AI
  • Special Attacks
  • Bugfixing
